Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt Cup

Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt Cups are a fresh, easy treat made with our Graziers Whole Milk Plain Yogurt layered with honey-sweetened strawberry sauce and crispy toasted shortcake. It’s a simple way to enjoy real, wholesome ingredients in a dessert-inspired snack.

Directions

  1. Cut shortcake or butter loaf into small cubes and toast in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes until crispy.
  2. Purée 3 strawberries with 1/2 tablespoon raw honey until a sweet sauce forms. Dice 2 strawberries and fold together with sauce.
  3. Spoon 3/4 cup chilled Graziers Whole Milk Plain Yogurt into small cup. Add strawberry sauce and top with toasted shortcake. Garnish with mint and strawberry.
