Crème Fraiche and Jello Pudding Brain

Crème Fraiche and Jello Pudding Brain is a fun, creamy twist on a classic gelatin dessert, made extra rich with Sierra Nevada Organic Crème Fraiche. Mixed with vanilla pudding and studded with gummy worms, it’s a playful, crowd-pleasing treat perfect for parties or Halloween.

Ingredients

4oz Sierra Nevada Organic Crème Fraiche
2 cups milk
4 cups water (2 boiling, 2 cold)
3oz Black cherry or any red colored powdered jello
5.1oz Powdered Vanilla pudding
10 gummy worms
1 plastic brain mold

Directions

  1. Whisk 1 package of jello with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Mix in 2 cups of cold water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk one package of vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk and 4 ounces of Sierra Nevada Organic Crème Fraiche until well mixed.
  3. Combine the jello and pudding mixture and whisk well. Spray the brain mold with cooking spray and pour mixture into mold. Add gummy worms and refrigerate overnight.
