Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu

Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu is a cozy twist on the classic dessert, layered with brandy-spiked pumpkin crème made from Organic Crème Fraîche and Gina Marie Cream Cheese. Soaked ladyfingers, spiced espresso syrup, and chocolate shavings come together for a rich, seasonal treat that’s best served chilled the next day.

Ingredients

Ingredients for creamy frosting
Blend the following with electric mixer until slightly thick frosting occurs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

1/2 cup sugar
16 oz. (2 tubs) Organic Crème Fraîche
16 oz. (2 8oz chubs) Gina Marie Cream Cheese (bring to room temp)
1/2 cup brandy
15 oz. can pumpkin purée
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Ingredients for coffee syrup
Whisk the following over medium heat in a sauce pan until syrupy.

1 1/2 cups dark brewed espresso
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Additional ingredients
36 crunchy ladyfingers (savioardi)
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate shavings
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Directions

  1. Using a 9×13 baking dish, layer twelve ladyfingers and drizzle each with a spoonful of syrup.
  2. Add two cups of the frosting on top and smooth out. Sprinkle some of the cinnamon and chocolate shavings and repeat the next two layers.
  3. Finally, top with remaining cinnamon and chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.
