Chocolate Salami

Chocolate Salami is a fun, no-bake dessert made rich and creamy with Gina Marie Cream Cheese, studded with biscotti, pistachios, and candied orange peel. Rolled in powdered sugar for a salami-like finish, it’s a playful, indulgent treat that’s perfect for slicing and sharing.

Ingredients

8oz Gina Marie Cream Cheese
2 12oz Packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup candied orange peel
6oz Biscotti
1/4 cup chopped and shelled salted pistachio nuts
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate on a double boiler or in a medium size pot on low while slowly mixing.
  2. Once melted, add Gina Marie Cream Cheese and mix well until smooth. Chocolate will slightly thicken.
  3. Crush biscotti. Stir into chocolate the biscotti, candied orange peel, and pistachio nuts.
  4. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Split mixture in half onto parchment paper. Roll each one tighten ends of parchment paper. This should look like a tootsie roll.
  6. Freeze for 4 hours.
  7. Take parchment paper off and rub powdered sugar on each one creating a white skin similar to salami.

Slice and enjoy!
