Cheese Tea is a creamy, savory-sweet topping made by whisking Gina Marie Cream Cheese with heavy cream and salt until smooth and pourable. Spoon it over your favorite iced tea, hot tea, or coffee for a rich, velvety layer that adds a surprising twist to your daily drink.

Ingredients

2 cups Gina Marie Cream Cheese
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons of salt
Your choice of iced or hot tea or coffee

Directions

  1. Mix 2 cups of Gina Marie Cream Cheese with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 2 teaspoons of salt.
  2. Whisk until mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Spoon it onto any iced or hot tea. Great on coffee as well.

For a thicker cheese topping use 1/4 cup of whipping cream.
