1 cup Capretta Non Fat Goat Yogurt (sub with Capretta Rich & Creamy Goat Yogurt or Graziers Cream on Top Plain Yogurt)
2 medium ripe bananas
1/2 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons toasted coconut

Directions

  1. Peel bananas and slice into half inch pieces.
  2. Heat honey in a large sauce pan until sizzling on medium to high heat.
  3. Add the banana pieces and cook for 10 minutes while flipping to brown and glaze.
  4. Once browned, place them on a plate or bowl and spoon on Capretta Goat Yogurt.
  5. Garnish with toasted coconut and honey from pan.
