Ingredients

16oz pasta shells
1 pound ground beef
24oz marinara sauce
8oz Gina Marie Cream Cheese
12oz Sierra Nevada Truffle Jack
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook pasta shells in boiling water for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
  3. Mix hamburger with marinara, garlic, basil ,salt, pepper, and crushed red chili. Cook in a medium saucepan for 15 minutes until browned.
  4. Shred 6oz of truffle jack and fold into cream cheese.
  5. Spread 1 cup of sauce mixture into bottom of casserole dish.
  6. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place shells into dish. Cover with remaining sauce and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the rest of the truffle cheese to top of shells and finish baking for 10 minutes.
