Ingredients

6 ounces Bella Capra Semi-Soft Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese
4 tablespoons Graziers Butter (softened)
6 bread slices
15 pepperoni slices
1 cup pizza sauce
Basil and oregano to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Shred the Bella Capra garlic & herb cheese into a bowl. Butter each slice of bread on one side and place each of the three slices buttered side down on a baking sheet. Spoon pizza sauce on the bread and top with shredded cheese leaving some for the top of each sandwich.
  3. Top each one with remaining bread then sprinkle cheese and add pepperoni. Bake in oven for 8 minutes until cheese has melted and pepperoni crisps. Garnish with basil and oregano.
