Cheesy Gnocchi Poutine

Cheesy Gnocchi Poutine is a comforting twist on the classic Canadian dish, featuring pillowy gnocchi tossed with melty Garlic & Herb Jack and topped with rich turkey gravy and torn cheese. It’s a cozy, satisfying meal that brings together buttery, savory, and cheesy in every bite.

Ingredients

6 oz. Sierra Nevada Organic Garlic & Herb Jack
2 tablespoons Sierra Nevada Vat-Cultured Euro-Style Salted Butter
1 box (500 g) gnocchi
2 cups turkey gravy

Directions

  1. Simmer turkey gravy in a sauce pan on medium heat.
  2. Boil gnocchi for 2 minutes in a medium pot until they float.
  3. Strain and place back into pot and toss with butter to help from sticking.
  4. Dice 3 ounces of garlic & herb jack and mix into gnocchi until it melts.
  5. Slice the remaining cheese and tear into small pieces.
  6. Spoon the gravy over the top of gnocchi and finish with cheese.
