Tzatziki Dip and Salad

This creamy, garlicky tzatziki is made with Graziers or Capretta yogurt, fresh dill, and crisp cucumber—perfect as a refreshing dip or dressing. Serve with pita and veggies, or toss into a Mediterranean-inspired salad with grilled chicken, goat feta, quinoa, and garden-fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

24oz cup Graziers Cream on Top Whole Milk Yogurt Plain
(You can also substitute with the 24oz Capretta Rich & Creamy Goat)
6 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup finely chopped fresh dill
2 cups diced or finely grated cucumber
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Start by dicing the cucumber.
    Use a kitchen towel to squeeze the excess moisture out of the cucumber.
  2. Mix everything together!
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables and pita bread for dipping!

Make a fresh summer salad with chicken by tossing the tzatziki with the following:

Kalamata olives
Red onions
Red bell pepper
