St. Patrick's Day Reuben Sandwich

St. Patrick’s Day Reuben Sandwich is a bold, cheesy take on the classic deli favorite featuring corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and melty Monterey Jack on toasted marbled rye.

Ingredients

2 slices marbled rye
1/2 lb cooked corned beef
1 cup crunchy sauerkraut
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing

Directions

  1. Slice the Grazers Raw Milk Monterey Jack and place on one of the rye sliced.
  2. Broil both the bread sliced in the oven for 1 1/2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  3. Thinly slice the corned beef into strips and add on top of melted cheese bread. Add sauerkraut and top with dressing then add the other slice of rye bread to finish it off.
