Whipped Feta with Blistered Shishito Peppers

Serves 4

4 ounces Bella Capra Goat Feta
1/4 cup Sierra Nevada Farmhouse Organic Crème Fraîche
2 tablespoons herb infused olive oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 cup thinly sliced mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon crushed red chili

Using a handheld mixer or blender mix feta, crème fraîche, and olive oil until creamy and thick. Using a spatula pour the whipped feta onto a plate and smoothly spread out. Drizzle with honey and finish with sliced mint, lemon zest, and crushed red chili. Serve with blistered shishito peppers and toasted baguette.
