Tzatziki Dip and Salad
Total time-5 minutes
24oz cup Graziers Cream on Top Whole Milk Yogurt Plain
(You can also substitute with the 24oz Capretta Rich & Creamy Goat)
6 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup finely chopped fresh dill
2 cups diced or finely grated cucumber
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon black pepper
Start by dicing the cucumber.
Use a kitchen towel to squeeze the excess moisture out of the cucumber.
Mix everything together!
Serve with fresh vegetables and pita bread for dipping!
Make a fresh summer salad with chicken by tossing the tzatziki with the following:
Bella Capra Goat Feta
Red bell pepper
Grilled chicken breast
Garnish with fresh dill
