Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt Cup

Makes 1 serving


Cut shortcake or butter loaf into small cubes and toast in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes until crispy.

Purée 3 strawberries with 1/2 tablespoon raw honey until a sweet sauce forms. Dice 2 strawberries and fold together with sauce.

Spoon 3/4 cup chilled Graziers Whole Milk Plain Yogurt into small cup.  Add strawberry sauce and top with toasted shortcake.  Garnish with mint and strawberry.
