St. Patrick's Day Reuben Sandwich

Makes 1 enormous sandwich

4 oz Graziers Raw Milk Monterey Jack
2 slices marbled rye
1/2 lb cooked corned beef
1 cup crunchy sauerkraut
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing

Slice the Grazers Raw Milk Monterey Jack and place on one of the rye sliced. Broil both the bread sliced in the oven for 1 1/2 minutes to melt the cheese. Thinly slice the corned beef into strips and add on top of melted cheese bread. Add sauerkraut and top with dressing then add the other slice of rye bread to finish it off.
