Homemade Cheddar Goldfish and Gina Marie Cream Cheese Jelly Sandwich

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Makes about 180 goldfish

Ingredients
1 cup finely shredded Graziers Raw Milk Sharp Cheddar
1 cup bleached wheat flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Goldfish cookie cutters found on Amazon [Note: feel free to use any shaped cookie cutter you want, even just square crackers will do!]

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Shred cheddar and add to other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend with a hand held mixer for about 2 minutes. Dough will start to form and will have a crumbly texture. Knead the dough into a ball and place on cutting board to roll out with a rolling pin. Roll out to about an 8-inch round circle. Using goldfish cookie cutters, cut into fish shapes and place them on baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Goldfish should be lightly golden brown. Continue to repeat rolling dough out to cut goldfish shapes until no more dough is available and repeating the baking process. You should have just about 180 goldfish.  Let them cool before serving.

These fun crackers make the perfect snack to pair with a sweet yet simple cream cheese and jelly sandwich, featuring our Gina Marie Cream Cheese!
