Red White and Blueberry Cream Cheese Popsicles

Prep time – 20 minutes
Chill time – 8 hours or overnight

Makes 24

8oz Gina Marie Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sierra Nevada Farmhouse Organic Creme Fraiche
1/2 cup agave nectar or 1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries

Rinse strawberries and blueberries. Cut strawberries in small pieces.

Blend Gina Marie Cream Cheese, Creme Fraiche, milk, and agave nectar until smooth.

Fold in berries.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Add popsicle sticks and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.


Pro tip: blend half of strawberries into cream mixture for a brighter popsicle.
