Jalapeño Jack Breakfast Bowls
Cook time-20 minutes
1 cup shredded Sierra Nevada Organic Jalapeño Jack
1 tablespoon Graziers Salted Butter
1 cup whole milk
1 packet instant country gravy
4 large eggs
1/4 lb breakfast sausage
12 frozen tater tots
1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
Pinch of salt and pepper
Cook breakfast sausage. On an additional tray at the same time bake 12 frozen tater tots on second shelf.
Melt butter in small sauce pan and add scrambled eggs. Cook until tender.
Slowly heat 1 cup of whole milk in a sauce pan and whisk in instant gravy mix and simmer until slightly thickened.
Place 6 tater tots in bowl and top with country gravy, eggs, shredded Organic Jalapeño Jack, sausage, and chives. Add salt and pepper if preferred.
