Irish Cream Dalgona Coffee

Makes 1 glass

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Sierra Nevada Organic Crème Fraiche
1 cup chilled whole milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons Irish cream
1/2 tablespoon sugar
6 large ice cubes

Directions
Pour chilled whole milk into a small glass with ice cubes.
In a medium bowl dissolve instant coffee with Irish cream then add crème fraiche and sugar. Whisk the ingredients together until a thick froth forms. Spoon the froth over the milk and ice.
