Garlicky Cheddar Pull Apart Puff Pastry

4 oz Sierra Nevada Organic Raw Milk White Cheddar, shredded
2 thawed, ready to bake puff pastry sheets
1 cup chopped Italian parsley
1 cup chopped raw garlic

Preheat oven at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray the inside of a 10-inch springform pan with cooking spray.

Cut 1-inch strips of puff pastry lengthwise and roll them up into swirls. Place pastry swirls into pan and leave an inch between each one.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar generously on top. Place on middle rack of oven and bake 20 minutes.

Once baked, while still hot, sprinkle on parsley and garlic.
