Chocolate Panettone French Toast
1 slice of panettone
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Graziers Salted Butter
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Farmhouse Organic Crème Fraiche
Scramble 1 large egg in a bowl and pat sliced panettone for 1 minute on each side. Melt the butter in the pan on medium to high heat until it sizzles, then add the panettone. Cook on each side until crispy and brown. Spread crème fraiche on top of cooked panettone and drizzle chocolate syrup. Swirl with fork and add chocolate chips.
