Cheesy Gnocchi Poutine

6 oz. Sierra Nevada Organic Garlic & Herb Jack
2 tablespoons Sierra Nevada Vat-Cultured Euro-Style Salted Butter
1 box (500 g) gnocchi
2 cups turkey gravy

Simmer turkey gravy in a sauce pan on medium heat.
Boil gnocchi for 2 minutes in a medium pot until they float.
Strain and place back into pot and toss with butter to help from sticking.
Dice 3 ounces of garlic & herb jack and mix into gnocchi until it melts.
Slice the remaining cheese and tear into small pieces.
Spoon the gravy over the top of gnocchi and finish with cheese.
