Capretta Goat Yogurt with Fried Banana

Cook time – 10 minutes
Total – 15 minutes

Serves 2

1 cup Capretta Non Fat Goat Yogurt (sub with Capretta Rich & Creamy Goat Yogurt or Graziers Cream on Top Plain Yogurt)
2 medium ripe bananas
1/2 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons toasted coconut

Peel bananas and slice into half inch pieces.
Heat honey in a large sauce pan until sizzling on medium to high heat.  Add the banana pieces and cook for 10 minutes while flipping to brown and glaze. Once browned, place them on a plate or bowl and spoon on Capretta Goat Yogurt. Garnish with toasted coconut and honey from pan.
