Buttered Kimchi

2oz Graziers Grass Fed Butter Salted
1 cup of Kimchi
Trumpet Mushrooms
Bok Choy
Jasmine Rice

Sautée 2oz (1/4 of the block) of Graziers Grass Fed Butter with 1 cup of kimchi until butter has completely melted and mixed well with kimchi. This will take about two minutes.  Serve over pan seared trumpet mushrooms, steamed bok choy, and jasmine rice.
