Crème Fraiche and Jello Pudding Brain
4oz Sierra Nevada Organic Crème Fraiche
2 cups milk
4 cups water (2 boiling, 2 cold)
3oz Black cherry or any red colored powdered jello
5.1oz Powdered Vanilla pudding
10 gummy worms
1 plastic brain mold
Whisk 1 package of jello with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Mix in 2 cups of cold water.
In a separate bowl, whisk one package of vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk and 4 ounces of Sierra Nevada Organic Crème Fraiche until well mixed.
Combine the jello and pudding mixture and whisk well. Spray the brain mold with cooking spray and pour mixture into mold. Add gummy worms and refrigerate overnight.
