Bella Capra Goat Feta with Grilled Peaches and Pineapple
Chill time – 10 minutes
Total – 20 minutes
8oz Bella Capra Goat Feta
1 small pineapple
1/2 cup salami chunks or slices
1 loaf naan bread
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 pinches of herbs
Preheat grill to high heat.
Slice the peaches, pineapple, and naan bread.
Brush with olive oil and grill each slice for 2 minutes then flip and repeat.
Plate with Bella Capra Goat Feta and salami. Drizzle with olive oil and herbs.
