BBQ Cheddar Oysters

Makes a dozen oysters

Ingredients
1 dozen large bbq oysters
12oz Sierra Nevada Organic Farmhouse White Cheddar
6 sliced garlic cloves
2 green onions for garnish

Directions
Rinse and scrub oysters to clean. Shuck each oyster and bbq lid down on the half shell for 2 minutes. Shred the cheddar and sprinkle over each oyster, along with garlic. Finish cooking for an additional 3 minutes. The cheese will be bubbling and melted. Garnish with green onion and hot sauce. Ice cold beer is a must!
