Ingredients
1 cup shredded Organic Raw Milk Smoked Cheddar
16 oz. Creme Kefir
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups pico de gallo salsa
4 cups guacamole
30 oz. can refried beans
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons crushed black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
Add ground beef, cayenne, paprika, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper. Heat until browned.
In a large glass bowl layer all items as followed.
-refried beans
-guacamole
-creme kefir
-cooked beef
-salsa
-smoked cheddar(save some for topping)
-lettuce
