Shipping/ Receiving/ Inventory Data Entry Associate
$20-$22/ hour BOE
Position Summary
Supports warehouse and production operations through accurate data entry,
inventory tracking, shipping/receiving documentation, and ERP system
maintenance to ensure accurate inventory records and timely material
processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter shipping, receiving, and production data into ERP systems accurately and timely.
- Process receiving paperwork and inventory transfers within Sage ERP and Microsoft Access.
- Assist drivers with check-in procedures and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Review physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies against system inventory.
- Make inventory adjustments as directed by management and assist with backorder and inventory shortage reviews.
- Maintain organized inventory records and communicate discrepancies or issues to management.
- Support warehouse, production, and inventory teams with administrative tasks.
- Follow company policies, inventory control procedures, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse administration, or data entry preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, Sage, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Lab Technician
$19-$21/ hour + DOE
Responsibilities
- Learn and recognize all products, sell-by dates, product specifications, and processing parameters produced within the facility.
- Perform aseptic laboratory testing of finished products, raw materials, environmental samples, and chemical concentration assurance checks.
- Monitor and verify product quality
attributes including appearance, flavor, packaging integrity, lot numbers, labeling, and product counts. - Verify accuracy and completeness of production and finished goods paperwork.
- Set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment including: Scales, pH meters, Thermometers, Foss Milk Analyzer, Moisture analyzers
- Accurately document laboratory results and immediately communicate any out-of-parameter findings to supervisors or management.
- Assist in maintaining critical laboratory equipment and ensuring proper functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory and work environment.
- Comply with and help enforce all company policies and food safety programs including GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and sanitation requirements.
- Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, production employees, and supervisors regarding testing schedules and daily priorities.
- Attend required company trainings and
meetings. - Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Previous science laboratory experience required.
- Experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, agriculture, or related industries preferred.

Yogurt Line Operator
$20-$23/ hour + DOE
Responsibilities of the Yogurt Line Operator
- Operate and work on various yogurt production and packaging lines
- Clean, sanitize, set up, and operate filling and packaging equipment
- Program printers with accurate code dates for cups, buckets, and packaging
- Make necessary adjustments to equipment and document changes appropriately
- Learn and identify all yogurt products, packaging materials, and specifications
- Perform product quality and weight checks during production runs, communicate production concerns or quality issues with the QC Lab
- Maintain accurate production and manufacturing documentation
- Meet daily production and efficiency goals
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed
- Break down and thoroughly clean filling equipment after production
- Complete all required cleaning and sanitation logs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, GMPs, HACCP guidelines, SOPs, SSOPs, and safety procedures
- Second shift operators may be responsible for facility closing duties, including completion of SNCC closing reports
- Assist other departments as needed
Requirements of the Yogurt Line Operator
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively under direct supervision while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely with production equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals
- Knowledge of food processing SOPs and SSOPs preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Bilingual Preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Requires lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and repetitive motion tasks
- Comfortable working in a production environment (warm, cold, wet, loud, or refrigerated areas as applicable)

Maintenance Mechanic
$26-$28/ hour + DOE
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic:
- Maintaining and repairing production/support equipment, compressed air systems, electrical, mechanical and boiler systems.
- Keeping required personnel informed on plant equipment status.
- Requesting parts/inventory.
Requirements of the Maintenance Mechanic:
- Prior mechanic experience required. Manufacturing setting preferred.
- Work with little supervision.
- Ideal candidate is a responsible self-starter.
- Monday-Friday, 12pm-8:30pm with overtime and weekends as needed.

Cooler/Warehouse Associate
$19.00-$20/ hour + DOE
Position Summary:
The Cooler/Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a focus on the cooler environment. This role includes receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing products accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled work area. The associate will ensure products are handled with care and comply with food safety and company quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Cooler/Warehouse Associate:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming products in designated cooler or warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to company procedures and customer requirements.
- Maintain product organization, rotation (FIFO), and inventory accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment safely (if certified/trained).
- Ensure cooler areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Report any damaged, missing, or expired products to supervisors.
- Support general warehouse tasks including restocking, labeling, and housekeeping.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements of the Cooler/Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or cooler experience a plus, but not required (training available).
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Dependable,with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Primarily in refrigerated/cooler areas (temperatures may range from 34–40°F).
- Fast-paced warehouse environment with physical activity including standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
